If you already know me, it’s probably from my work as an actress, singer, or entrepreneur. I’m proud of those chapters, but they don’t tell the entire story of who I am today. Now that I’ve entered my 40s, my life looks a little different than it once did—and I’m guessing yours does, too.

On socials, you’ve seen glimpses into my world, but I wanted to share a fuller picture. That led me to create a space that feels more personal, where I can be my most authentic self. By Ashley French is an introduction to who I am now, and a place where I can share the things that inspire me, ground me, and make everyday life feel a little more meaningful.

As for the name? When I got married, I took my husband’s last name. This project felt like the perfect moment to embrace this version of myself and celebrate everything that’s come with it.

Whether you're here for new ideas, a bit of inspiration, or just a glimpse into how I approach the everyday, my hope is that you'll find something that feels true to you. This project is close to my heart. Thanks for being here for it.
